Tecumseh is a playground for the young and young at heart. Whether it be golfing, fishing, bowling or playing ball…we have it all. The Tecumseh Country Club is home to a beautiful golf course. Golfing is definitely a favorite past-time in Tecumseh. We offer a bowling alley at Harvest Bowl and an outdoor swimming pool that is overflowing with kids all summer long. Our city park features two lighted, concrete tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, a basketball court, a picnic area with covered shelters and playground equipment. The Tecumseh Ball Association hosts softball and baseball games throughout the spring and summer each year and is known for their immaculate ball field. Agriculture is in abundance in our community. Stop by the farmer’s market from June to September on our historic square for fresh produce and baked goods. Join us on the square for an outdoor movie during the summer months. Check out the annual chili cook-off or drink hot cocoa while taking a stroll through the beautiful Avenue of Trees each holiday season.
